DJI INSPIRE 3 Cinematic Drone

Inspire 3 cinematic drone by DJI

The new DJI Inspire 3 professional drone is born, featuring a camera with a full-frame sensor capable of reaching 8K video resolution at 75fps or 4K at 120fps.

In addition, the camera is capable of 14 stops of dynamic range and features DUAL NATIVE ISO.

The ability to rotate the camera 360° remains, and the ability to tilt the camera upward by 80° has been introduced.

The redesign of the new model has resulted in a lighter body, but without sacrificing a rigid and sturdy chassis, which emphasizes the professional look of the drone. Inspire 3 supports the new Boost tilt and 360° horizontal rotation feature. When the landing gears are lowered, the stabilizer supports an 80° angle upward upward without obstruction, allowing filmmakers to achieve innovative footage.

Providing flight autonomy are dual replaceable TB51 smart batteries, which provide a flight capacity of up

28 minutes. The propulsion system offers a flight speed of up to 94 km/h, 8 m/s up and down and even a dive speed of 10 m/s 2. Inspire 3 is equipped with the lightest Zenmuse X9-8K Air full frame stabilized camera ever ever, equipped with DJI's latest image processing system, CineCore 3.0.

A SENSOR WITHOUT COMPROMISE

Inspire 3 is equipped with the stabilized Zenmuse X9-8K Air full frame ED camera is equipped with DJI's latest image processing system, CineCore 3.0, which supports internal video recording in CinemaDNG up to 8K/25fps and 3 Apple ProRes RAW 8K/75fps 4.

In S&Q mode, X9-8K Air supports internal recording of full frame video in ProRes RAW up to 4K/120fps without cropping, offering even more creative editing options. 5X9-8K Air supports native dual ISO. In full frame at 30 fps and below, it offers an EI 800/4000, supporting the 24 fps common in film productions and the 25 fps used in commercial and TV productions. Beyond 30 fps, an EI 320/1600 is available.

This enables ultra-sharp footage even in low-light conditions, and without skimping on detail. X9-8K Air covers more than 14 stops of dynamic range to capture rich highlights and shadows in complex lighting scenarios such as sunrises and sunsets.

The DL mount used by DJI is also compatible with an additional 18mm F2.8 ultra wide-angle full frame lens and a telephoto 6 lens specifically made for 8K aerial cinematography. Together with the 24 mm, 35 mm and 50 mm full frame lenses, they make up a large premium selection designed specifically for aerial cinematography. Also bundled is The DJI PROSSD 1 TB, in which offers write speeds of up to 1100 MB/s and read speeds of up to 900 MB/s and can be connected directly to a PC via USB-C.

Inspire 3 integrates high-precision RTK positioning technology that makes flights more stable and flight route planning more accurate The integrated GNSS System 3 (GPS + Galileo + BeiDou) is powered by integrated dual-layer RTK ceramic antennas and ensures precise flight maneuvers even in complex scenarios. Inspire 3 offers the following Waypoint Pro options:

Repeatable flight routes: Gives pilots full control of precisely repeatable flight routes and maintains all preset parameters such as altitude, speed, stabilizer angle and camera settings.

3D Dolly:

Can simulate a crane, cablecam or dolly from a movie set, pushing far beyond the limits of such devices. This function allows users to create an aerial motion path in which the aircraft can move back and forth along the path, with adjustable speed and full control of the stabilizer according to the needs of the shoot.

The new Spotlight Pro feature is based on powerful machine learning algorithms and provides pilots with single object recognition and tracking, allowing them to focus entirely on the flight, while the stabilized camera automatically remains focused on the subject.

Inspire 3 is also equipped with 9 vision sensors, enabling an efficient omnidirectional detection system that can detect obstacles in all directions and provide complete protection during flight. Horizontal, upward and downward obstacle detection can be independently enabled or disabled, and an obstacle distance warning can be manually set to suit different scenarios. When active avoidance is disabled, users can still view the distance to an obstacle on the real-time navigation display, and receive an audio alert when an obstacle is within a predetermined distance without the aircraft automatically performing avoidance. This will offer new possibilities for professional teams wishing to achieve more complex photographic languages. FPV with ultra-wide-angle night vision for shooting in any scenario

Finally, thanks to the Inspire 3's new O3 Pro transmission, it is possible to cover a transmission distance of up to 15 km with a single controller and up to 12 km in dual-control mode. Reliable, high-quality live feed up to 1080p/60fps has an ultra-low latency of 90 ms, but for the first time, live feed in 4K/30fps with reduced transmission distance of 5 km is also supported to meet the need for ultra-HD output and livestreaming on sets. With the dual control mode, two remote controls can now receive broadcast links.
